Middle School Curriculum

Philosophy
The curriculum is devised to support students achieving high academic standards and structuring progress towards transition into higher education. Throughout, the focus will be on personalized learning, so that the curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of each student. Academic rigor will be supplemented by a specialized sports program that utilizes elite coaching and sporting facilities coupled with a strong Performing Arts curriculum. The social, cultural and moral development of our students will pervade all aspects of the traditional and extended curriculum.

Curriculum
Students will study the Core subjects throughout Middle School. The core subjects comprise: Mathematics, English, Science and Paragon Humanities (Middle School). Students are able to school from a wide range of electives ranging from Digital Arts to a Language. All students will also work on STEM projects that are designed to consolidate concepts covered in Mathematics, Science and Paragon Humanities. These projects comprise active learning, problem solving and critical thinking. Importantly they are focused on enhancing research and collaborative learning skills that are essential for promoting independent learners.

Our students are extremely fortunate to have access to an international standard badminton facility at the Puella Gopichand Academy where they are trained by the coaches that train the national Indian Olympic team. They also have access to fitness facilities, and a swimming program.

In Middle School, students will study Art with a professional artist, developing their creativity and artistry skills.
